    Best experience ever staff very friendly, helpful, and patient. I can be a little much to deal with at times and no worries with this staff whatsoever I will go there for all my UPS services.

    I never usually have any issues with customer service at this location. I’m always greeted and my returns are handled efficiently and professionally. Today, however, I wasn’t pleased. I was returning an Amazon item that was in the manufacturer’s box. Granted, it was not taped. The guy that is usually alone was training a new employee today. The new employee was courteous and kind. The usual guy was pretty short and borderline rude. The new employee asked if I wanted to have the box taped for $1. I told him no because it was in the box and I returned items as I normally do. The usual guy cut in and said it says on the second bulletin that it has to be in the box that it came in. I was like it came in a huge shipping box with other stuff, however, this is the box the item came in. I looked up the return policy and it did not state what he was saying. I then proceeded to tell him that I’m not arguing with him but that it did not state that. He proceeded to ask me if I wanted to take the item back. I wanted to show him that what he was saying was not on the return policy. He stated he already knew what it states and that they were not charging me for the box. In addition, he stated that they wouldn’t give me my money back because of it in which I knew not to be true. I paid for the tape and called Amazon’s customer service. They stated that any box that is secured with tape is fine. It doesn’t have to be the box that it came in. I received my refund instantaneously because of the misinformation. Maybe today was just a bad day.
