  The staff at the store is so helpful, we have run in last minute a few times they don't make us feel rushed. Cooper has helped us a few times. He is very friendly and patient with us. We think they are lucky to have him as an employee

  I use this location because you can park right in from off the store, and the service is quick and efficient. I appreciate the even-keel demeanor of the staff - I do a lot of business with Amazon, and have returns, and this us the place I use frequently

  Overpriced. Customer Service is good, but the prices are ridiculous. $4.25 to print a single label is ridiculous.

  I want to like this store because it's more convenient to my home and subdivision, but I've had a few bad, rude customer service experiences here. I'll continue to avoid this location and go to other UPS stores in the area until things improve here. Remember the community is your customer.
