Went to return an Amazon package and the young lady with her back to me indicated she would be with me as soon as she can as if exasperated. All the while, back turned and on a personal call via blue tooth. It wasn't until Gregg came up, seeing I was standing there waiting. Then, the young lady went into a drawn out explanation of how she was juggling 3 things at once and appreciated him stepping in. All the while no eye contact and no acknowledgement. POOR customer service. There was not another customer in there and the parking lot was empty. They get 2 stars only because Gregg stepped in. Otherwise, she might have had to put her friend on a brief hold to shame a customer for showing up.
