But when a customer says no thanks. dont keep going on and on about the benefits of it to convince them to sign up. If i say no thank you end it at that. Every single business has a rewards program or app to sign up with and not going to sign up for every single store there is.

Either online shipping it to my house directly or in person. Table cloth, flags etc... these past few days it was just 1 person on the other side of the counter handling it all and the attention was amazing, from Wed and Thurs. Today there is 2 ppl and none of them could make a rush order? Mind you i emailed early this morning my file with all the details needed since online the system was stuck and I wasnt able to load in the files I thought I would come in and just pick up. Honestly just 3 color print. Only 1 lady was working on the printer while the other was getting fresh air and not printing anything... I even asked can I place the cardstock in the outside printer... I'll pay for the cardstock and loaded. Nope... the urgency was not there and the need of help either. After spending soooo much money way to ruin ladies... definitely will not be back and take my business elsewhere... I used to work at staples before as a Store Manager in South Beach. My gosh the customer service industry is going down the drain... mind you staples without copy and print is nothing thats the bread winner for the company they just lost an amazing opportunity to continue gaining there margins up and setting goals. Good job lady!
