  We had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. to get our passports completed. We were running a little bit late and understood that this may cause a problem because My wife was picking up my kids from their schools to get there to complete this process. I don't know the particular name of this lady behind the counter but she was extremely rude. Offered no ways to resolve the issue, she only wanted to rudely tell me that it's too late to complete passport paperwork for four people and we would either have to only do two of us or reschedule. I said I understand how can we resolve this because we need these completed now. Again I was there on time but my wife and kids were running 7 minutes late. Again I understand the process requires and on time schedule, but I asked very politely how can we resolve this issue to get this issue completed. She was extremely rude with the way she answered me basically turning us away and in such a rude tone and manner. If I absolutely can stay away from this place I will and I recommend staying away as this rude lady May yell at you as well. At the end a separate woman was able to take us to the side and help complete our paperwork, take pictures and take payment for all four of us in about 45 minutes.. again the lady pictured in my photos was extremely rude and did not want to help us from the very beginning. Very rude and extremely unhelpful. Flat out lazy to be truthful.

  The passport services are terrible. The woman assisting us had incorrect information and totally wasted our time. Don't bother make your appointment for passports with the local tax collector.

  Wish I could leave zero stars. Waited weeks for a passport appointment for our 2 kids and arrived a couple minutes late due to an accident on I75. We went directly from school, walked inside and told the lady at the window who was extremely rude that we were here for our passports. She asked if we had an appointment and all our paperwork filled out, which I said yes. She asked me to go have a seat in the lobby near the passport desk and wait, which I did. About 10 minutes goes by then she tells us that we can’t do it anymore because we were a few minutes late. Why didn’t you tell me that from the beginning? And we had everything filled out already!!! You made me sit in a chair for longer than it would’ve taken to just take my paperwork. And then she called me obnoxious when I asked her why she just made me and my family wait 10 minutes to just tell me you aren’t going to take our paperwork. And now we have to reschedule for several weeks out again!!! What a complete failure on USPS!
