- LDLaura DiffendalJun 19, 20255.0I wanted to leave a review because I had such a great experience with Wanda at the passport counter. I wanted to thank her because she was so kind and patient; I had some complications on my end with passport paperwork, and was instructed errantly at a different passport agency before coming to the Oneco office. Wanda had an eagle eye and picked out several small errors that I had made; she was extremely competent. It really made something that should have been a headache, very smooth and easy . In addition, I came in the middle of the day and the PO was very easy to find, easy parking, and the post office was very calm and quiet. I will definitely tell anyone I know who is getting a passport to go here first, thanks again, Wanda!
