  Whoever the curly headed guy with glasses and tattoos needs to learn how to talk to customers with respect. He’s lazy and very rude. Thanks to him, I’ll be finding a new FedEx to work with. Too bad because I’ve been using this location to ship the heavy items for my company all over the country. Do yourself a favor and replace this guy or you’ll be losing a lot more customers.

  System Failed at Every Step - Package Lost I used this location to ship a package in October. FedEx's online system let me enter a P.O. Box address, process payment, and print a shipping label without any warning that FedEx doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes. When I dropped the package off at this location, staff accepted it without issue or any notice about the address problem. The package never delivered and showed a delivery exception. I immediately called and requested a return to sender. Instead of returning it, FedEx held the package, incorrectly flagged it as a "security risk," and ultimately lost it in their own facility during the return process. After 6+ weeks of phone calls and contradictory information from different representatives, FedEx offered minimal compensation. If your system can't deliver to an address, it should reject it at checkout - not take payment, print a label, accept the package, hold it for weeks, flag it incorrectly, and then lose it. Other shippers won't let you complete checkout with an invalid address. FedEx's system is broken from the start, and their handling made everything worse. Would not recommend using this location or FedEx in general for anything important.

  Anthony is a gem! Helped me out with some flyers right at closing time on a Friday. Great attitude and even called for help to get it done. That kind of service is nonexistent nowadays doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks Anthony and FedEx!

  Went into the store to ship a package overseas. Used the help of the FedEx employee as I have never shipped overseas before and trusted him since it’s his job. I explained continuously and it was obvious what I was shipping as it wasn’t packaged and he had to package it himself. SWATCHES OF FABRIC. He would continuously respond with watches. I corrected him in every English synonym I could from pieces of fabric to cut up scraps of fabric. And he still wrote watches down as the content. Furthermore, I was asked the value to which I said nothing as it’s cut up pieces of fabric for a manufacture. He insisted the minimum was $100. Why does the contents matter you might ask? The receiver has to pay significantly more in duties/taxes/fees for WATCHES instead of fabric. The minimum was also a bold face lie. The package was sent and the receiver was reasonably upset. I was contacted by FedEx numerous times to ask why it wasn’t picked up and they just apologize for this stores incompetence but ultimately did nothing. The receiver said to just destroy the package as the fees for watches are higher than the value of the fabric swatches. I paid a hefty amount to just have the package destroyed because of this store. They do not know what they are doing.
