He really took his time with my family, explained everything in detail, and was more than happy to answer our many questions LOL! He is a great example of what customer service should look like everywhere (coming from me who also works in customer service haha). The other employees there didn't have the best attitude or were very sarcastic, and didn't seem as willing to help as he was at all. At least that's what I saw with their customer interactions. Shoutout to Joe- give this good man a raise!!!! He deserves it 🫶🏽

- JJJWJan 18, 20263.0Please fix the ground advantage Drop off device so we can drop off our packages without having to wait in line to see a live person. It's very handy for those of us that can't be there during the week and can only operate at night and on the weekends. The device doesn't open. It's jammed. I've gone in there several times over the last year and it's been jammed from time to time. Spend the money to fix it or improve it so we can use it. The pull lever on the left doesn't work either. It's never worked anytime I've ever tried to do anything with it. It's always jammed Or it's not used for anything anymore.
