- JDJoy DottersOct 28, 20241.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not, and I repeat DO NOT finance a printer through Konica Minolta. Their customer service is an outright joke. Every time I reach out for assistance and to request our invoices (because they don't just automatically send them) I am told I have a new customer service representative and am forwarded to someone else to explain my case. Then they say they'll be on top of it and then I'll never hear from them again and the horrible cycle continues. THEN I received an e-mail from someone saying our account has been closed since 2021!!!!! and that we should stop sending payment. Never ONCE did anyone ever tell me this. INSTEAD, I was actually told numerous times that we were behind in our payments (due to the lack of invoices we received) and that we were close to being sent to collection. They have no idea how to communicate with their customers and resolve anything... HIGHLY do NOT recommend.
