- SSSamantha SmithOct 14, 20251.0I used to go to this store to send all my mail . I usually send mail all over the world. But sadly this last time that I visited that store. The young man that was at the front was apparently very upset that I was there. He asked me if my letters were going to he same address because it was time for him to clock out. Super rud. I tried to laugh it off but that was like giving him permission to get more AGRESSIVE. I was just listening and answering only the questions that pertain to my mail. He told me"you should go to another store because is almost time for me to leave."The manager was there and the lady did not intervene. How is this admissible. Please treat your customers with respend. We don't visit your store to be trample all over. Horrible experience. We don't visit your store to be abused. You are open to service the public not to throw your frustrations.

Diana came and opened the door early when she saw me outside. She was pleasant, nice, professional and cheerful! Thanks Diana! Life is good with good service!

I asked the manager, Brad, for assistance and explained that I needed the files reduced in size to 4 MB. He scanned and converted the files quickly and explained to me what he was doing. I had the same thing done a few months ago at a different office / supply store and the person scanned the files at a high resolution and they were too large to send. ... I've been to this store several times and the staff is always friendly and and asks if I need help. Great job, folks!
