- JJJohn JasonNov 17, 20251.0Once again a parcel was left at an open gate at the road instead of following the instructions on file at the office - deliver to the dwelling!! This only happens when a "main" delivery driver is off/unavailable that day and they call in a "substitute" rural driver. Last time this occurred, my item was stolen - thus the instructions to leave at the dwelling - NOT AT THE ROAD! I was told the individual has a habit of doing this and they have been warned. Well, w/o any real consequences, nothing will (or has) happen.
- BSBill SmithFeb 4, 20251.0Not good.Horrible delivery service. Have complained about it 3 times now. No improvements in 2years. This last is costing me $400 and a half of my day to straighten out. Just ridiculous out on 55A hwy.. The people I have come to know out here same it's the same for them. Forget trying to get packages from Amazon. Find some way to step it up for more than a couple days.
- AJAmanda JonesAug 17, 20241.0Mail delivery person can't find front porch, and when she does she puts the packages on the grass just off the porch.... and if it needs a signature she don't even pull in the driveway,she leaves the tried to deliver paper in my mailbox. I'm waiting on a package to be returned to post office to get. I've been home all day to get it she didn't even come down my driveway.
