Everything is fine.. until my packages get to the Okeechobee USPS. Lost. Takes days to be delivered (I live a mile behind the post office). Packages are heavily damaged and contents spilling out.. literally see them throwing my packages towards my front door.. FedEx and UPS walk up and set it down. My wife's votor registration card went missing, until (conveniently) the day after the election.. corner was peeled up to show party affiliation. Shady. Unprofessional. Trash.

I do NOT trust USPS Okeechobee!I ordered a $70 door knob from Amazon. I put my home address down as the delivery address. USPS of Okeechobee put it in a random post office box and stated they couldn't find it but they know it is in a PO box. I dont have a PO box. They won't cover the lose. To top it off I was in their office trying to fix this when I heard an employee state that they have new employees and a lot of mistakes are being made. But they told me too bad so im out $70 and had to buy another door knob. They can do this to anyone they want and its not right.

Beyond rude and disrespectful. Told me that I did not live in my house because someone in my neighborhood didn't know who I was. Refused to allow me to pick my packages up and hung up on me.
