Neither supervisor are very attentive either tell the customer one thing and do the opposite! Or just don’t do anything at all .Packages marked undelivered wrong number but yet show up on informed delivery so you know they have the right number . Call and ask for postmaster and can never speak with her . This post office never answered phone after days of calling . We need a new postmaster and people who actually take pride in their work instead of a paycheck . The picture I’m posting looks like it was never handled by anyone but supposedly was undeliverable but with right address. See how clean and unbent

There was quite a few people in line however, the staff were extremely efficient in serving everybody. Cisco was the postal agent I dealt with. Cisco was very polite, professional, and efficient. Within three minutes, Cisco provided me everything I needed. You can definitely tell Cisco takes pride in his job. From the time I walked into the post office, to the time I left, was maybe 10 minutes. This was an excellent experience, and I cannot thank the staff enough.
- EHEvan HadsallSep 11, 20251.0Everything is fine.. until my packages get to the Okeechobee USPS. Lost. Takes days to be delivered (I live a mile behind the post office). Packages are heavily damaged and contents spilling out.. literally see them throwing my packages towards my front door.. FedEx and UPS walk up and set it down. My wife's votor registration card went missing, until (conveniently) the day after the election.. corner was peeled up to show party affiliation. Shady. Unprofessional. Trash.
