  The UPS Store - 3541 US Hwy 441 S is my second office — and the only place I trust with complicated, time-sensitive, notarized “please get this right” documents. Cory and Reina are next-level professionals (pure class), and Sarah and Tiara are always efficient, friendly, and on point. I’ve seen lines out the door and this team never misses a beat — or their smile. If you want things done right the first time, this is the UPS Store. UPS management: this team is gold. 💙📦✍️

  They do not need or want your business if they are going to charge you for a 1 in piece of tape. They get paid to ship your Amazon returns, stupid way to lose business for $0.01.

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this UPS location. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to access, which makes every visit stress-free. Service is consistently fast, even when they’re busy, and I never feel rushed or ignored. What really stands out is the staff. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They take the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure everything is handled correctly. It’s clear they care about providing good customer service. Because of how reliable and pleasant this location is, I continue to come back and will keep doing so. Highly recommend this UPS to anyone looking for quick, efficient service with a great team behind it.

  We were in an absolute pinch getting invites for my husband's retirement party while were away from home RVing. Corey and Reina were phenomenal!!!! They got right on it, worked right through to get them ready, and I am pretty darn sure they worked after hours to get this done. You have two amazing employees at this location. Give them a raise!!! They went above and beyond to get this done for us. I will forever use the UPS store for our needs. They helped reduce our stress and got the job done exceeding our expectations. You are very fortunate to have such knowledgeable, pleasant and incredible employees. Kudos to UPS for having them on your team!
