- RSRonnie ShawMar 19, 20261.0Well, I am not really sure what the issue is - they have a local store, and I called about the Bambu Lab P2S - shows it's in stock and I live close to the Odessa Store. They don't have any in stock. So, how about anything in stock that is comparable - Flashforge 5M or 5M Pro. No... not in stock. Bambu Lab A1, P1S? No. Well, I want to buy a 3D printer. I am only a few miles from their location - and I can't because they have nothing in stock? Everything has to be drop shipped? If I wanted that, I could just order off Amazon. The only reason I am writing this is because their web site says, in stock - but they don't have anything. Not a big deal but - update your web site please. I don't know why they don't have ANY 3D Printers that I can just walk in a purchase - today.

They did reach out after 5 emails and 2 calld but even with my order being over Thanksgiving they still had days after the next week to respond but waited until Wednesday to respond. Also the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the first agent that spoke to me. Me as a upset customer is already in a bad mood and comeing off like this was my mistake and demanding me to change my review. I believe they need new training. How ever after i asked to speak to roy the ceo he did reach out to me and spoke to me like a human and addressed all of my concerns and explained none of this was my fault. First review: Ordered a part from them now tracking says canceling they are not returning emails or calls
