What made things worse was the complete lack of support and accountability from the staff. When I went back to ask for help, I was treated rudely and unprofessionally multiple times. No one seemed interested in investigating what happened or offering any kind of solution. They showed zero urgency or concern, as if losing a customer’s package was not a serious issue. Customer service here is extremely poor. Instead of helping, they made the situation more frustrating with their attitude and unwillingness to assist. If you value your shipments and expect basic respect, do NOT drop off your packages at this location. I will never use this place again

Each transaction taking around 15-20 minutes and a single worker! The workers are doing their best, but the wait time to do simple tasks, like a pickup or drop off, is insane. Long story short, there should be two people working at all times.
