- SOSteven OmalleyNov 14, 20251.0Oct 11 i purchased a brand new bambu lab A1 with ams on Oct 22nd the printer had some type of malfunction where the USB-c came off the main board, the AC board blew a capacitor and warped the plastic around the casing. It took 3 weeks and continuous back and forth with this shop and bambu support telling them both the main board was also destroyed I received only the AC board and new case. After trying to contact the printer store for the main board (bambu’s request) they have not gotten back to me in over a week! They have been avoiding my phone calls and texts when just last week they were responding immediately even if it wasn’t an answer to my problem it was to let me know they are handling it. I feel as if this company has handled my situation very poorly and has left me with a $600 unusable 3D printer. I’ve contacted Bambu support and let them know that this shop has not been in contact with me about the situation. When buying a printer from here just understand you’ll play a cat and mouse game with Bambu support (who’s in china) and this shop trying to get information regarding the warranty. My main frustration is the lack of communication I’ve offered to pay for the main board or what ever I have to do at this point to just have my printer functioning properly again. At this point the printer has been down longer than I’ve owned it. I’m completely disappointed.

- YAYork AndrusSep 7, 20255.0I have been trying to get a 4th Axis for my I2R A24 for a long while. Got my order refunded twice due to unavailability. But they assured me it was going to happen and kept me informed. Took a while, but they came through. Sometimes patience is key. Well done!

The email response was (I paraphrase Yes we have the part and follow this link to order). I thought well Ill order it an be able to denote in store pick-up. WRONG! No such ability. I really hate when people ignore an email that I carefully wrote expressing my needs. Secondly I had to pay $12.14 to have something delivered to me that I could have picked up for free. This is why family owned stores are disappearing they try an act like Amazon, but can't compete. Also, you cant go into the Store what is that all about, definately not customer focused. Sorry guys the Truth is the Truth.

Kara Graham, Who by the way was amazing throughout this whole process told me that this company goes through a third-party vendor sometimes and that was the delay in my shipping. So as far as this company goes i have nothing but positive reviews.
