Most recently, I found myself in a bind on a Friday evening needing business cards printed for the very next day. It was already 5:00 PM and they were closing at 6:00, so I fully expected them to tell me it wasn’t possible. Instead, they were eager to help and immediately jumped into action. Not only did they get the job done on time, they even added some thoughtful creative touches to the packaging that really elevated the final product. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

- AMAmanda MottSep 18, 20232.0I don’t recommend shipping items here if you don’t have a pre-paid label. I was overcharged for USPS Ground Advantage. I was shipping something that weighed a couple of ounces in a bubble mailer. The price seemed a bit outrageous and when I questioned it the employee swore she had to round up, rounding all the way up to 1lb, costing over $11 for shipping. However according to USPS, this should have cost much less. While the USPS guidance is to round up, there are 4 tiers that fall below 1 pound when using Ground Advantage, so rounding all the way from ~4oz to 1lb is dishonest.
