The no mail sign was removed by me and replaced by the mail man again. I called and PEDRO barely listened to my issue which made me frustrated and told me and I quote “ I have to go , I have an important call”. He needs to be fired. How unprofessional. Your customers are important

No wonder the employees do not take pride in their jobs if the head person could care less. I know for a fact that I am not getting all my mail as I have a weekly paper delivered by mail and I did not get it. When I contacted the paper they said I was not the only customer to call that did not receive their paper delivered through the Ocoee Post Office location at 449 silver Star Rd. Ocoee, Fl. I know these people have to take a postal exam, because I took it in Alabama and scored in the top 10 of the class. How did these people get their job. Is it laziness of what. On a positive note, my regular mail carrier is very good, and very friendly, but subs do not have a clue as to what they are doing.
