I live in an apartment complex with locked mailboxes, yet I’ve had trading cards stolen out of sealed envelopes and packages taken from the larger parcel lockers. When you get a package, the carrier puts a key to a larger lockbox inside your personal locked mailbox. The mail carrier has put multiple keys for the same lockbox into different mailboxes. I contacted the local post office about this and was basically told “tough luck.”
