  One of my biggest nemeses is when my electronics fail me. Recently, my laptop's hard drive decided to self destruct. Leaving me beyond stressed. One call to Steve, got me calmed down and a new computer ordered and to me within days. Then he set everything up on my new computer, downloaded all my programs, and got be back to being the sweet person I usually am. I can not sing Steve's praises enough. He is highly educated on the latest and greatest, works with a smile on his face, and was and continues to be available for all my silly questions and needs.
