    I remember I sent a package at this location and the package NEVER made it to its final destination when I went back to the post office I got the front part of the box; with were sorry please fill a claim.. I filed a claim and NOTHING WAS DONE!! No refund when I called they had nothing on file also sent copies in the mail and NOTHING !!!! Your guys are horrible!!!! Zero )0) STARS for the USPS, but when to drop off bills you guys are good at it!!!! HORRIBLE AND AWFUL!

    I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service I received. Today, I was finally delivered a Christmas postcard that arrived completely destroyed, torn, and severely damaged, and well past the holiday season. The postcard was delivered inside a plastic bag, clearly indicating that the damage occurred during the handling of the mail. This was not just a piece of paper, but a message with strong sentimental value, which cannot be replaced or recovered. While I understand that issues can happen, receiving personal mail in this condition is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I hope this situation is reviewed and that proper care is taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. As a customer, I trust the Postal Service to protect the mail entrusted to them.

    Staff is nice, but they are always understaffed, so it's typically a 20 minute wait in line any time I ever need to do wait. Manager has never helped in the few times I have had an issue and needed help at the management level whether it was trying to call and never getting an answer or when the staff has left a note for the manager with the couple issues I have had in the 19 years I have used this post office and never getting a response.
