Today, I was finally delivered a Christmas postcard that arrived completely destroyed, torn, and severely damaged, and well past the holiday season. The postcard was delivered inside a plastic bag, clearly indicating that the damage occurred during the handling of the mail. This was not just a piece of paper, but a message with strong sentimental value, which cannot be replaced or recovered. While I understand that issues can happen, receiving personal mail in this condition is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I hope this situation is reviewed and that proper care is taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. As a customer, I trust the Postal Service to protect the mail entrusted to them.

Manager has never helped in the few times I have had an issue and needed help at the management level whether it was trying to call and never getting an answer or when the staff has left a note for the manager with the couple issues I have had in the 19 years I have used this post office and never getting a response.
