- RLRyan LeathDec 7, 20251.0The old Indian lady shouldn't be in customer service. Absolutely the rudest person I think I've dealt with. Upon walking into the store, I am in line behind the only other customer in there. As he finishes his transaction the clerk yells, "NEXT", as if I wasn't the only person standing there. So I greet her with a hello, how are you? To which she replied with a blank stare, no words, no reciprocal greeting or response, just a stare. The younger white clerk next to her says, sir, we're just trying to get through the day. Wow, so we can't even say hello to our customers? Anyway, I proceed to hand her my 3 packages, scan my 3 or codes and she just hands me a receipt, to which I reply, Thank you, have a nice day. Again, no words, no thanks, no response at all. Well, I responded almost immediately with, "Thank you sir, you too" and then say to her, is it that hard to utter a simple hello or thank you? Just be a good human. Especially if you're customer facing. I mean, these are basic manners we teach children. I will never visit this location again. I'd rather ship with FedEx than go back to this UPS store!!! Worst service ever.
