Sunny was amazing, helpful, quick & genuinely kind. Even though I had big packages and was sending one out, she made the whole process smooth and efficient. I was in and out in no time. Great service all around!

I recently visited this UPS location to overnight a package and paid $60 for the service. Unfortunately, the driver did not show up for the pickup, and when I called the store for assistance, I spoke with the manager named Sunny. Sadly, Sunny was extremely rude and dismissive. She cut me off while I was speaking and was very insensitive to my concerns. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I believe the staff should receive proper training to handle customers with professionalism and empathy. I now fear that my package will be tampered with because of this. I hope the owner addresses this issue so that future customers don’t have the same experience.

Incredibly incompetent staff, just needed a finger print done, appointment at 2:20 and no one came over for 30 minutes or more, not busy, full staffed, apparently the lady went to the bank when knowing people were here and if she didn't the staff should've TOLD her, I worked in food service and ik working with the public is hard, but from experience you guys are immature and lazy.
