Due to a poor signal in the store my transaction pushed to closing time and the representative made it be known she would not stay and how she would ask me to leave. It went from pleasant to irritable. Sad, as this could have been an opportunity for her to earn a superlative review and potential accolades from her employer. I will use this to teach my kids to always go above and beyond, as you never know what opportunities may have been right in front of you.
