  Incredibly incompetent staff, just needed a finger print done, appointment at 2:20 and no one came over for 30 minutes or more, not busy, full staffed, apparently the lady went to the bank when knowing people were here and if she didn't the staff should've TOLD her, I worked in food service and ik working with the public is hard, but from experience you guys are immature and lazy.

  I visit this location often for shipping, postal services, and fingerprinting. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and professional. A huge shoutout to Will, who helped me ship some Christmas presents today—he was incredibly attentive, courteous, and personable. It’s a convenient spot that’s easy to get in and out of, with competitive prices. Highly recommend!

  UPS store on college Rd in Ocala 5 or 6 door's down from Ollie's very friendly staff and very quick to be helpful I have a speech problem from throat cancer and they took the extra minute to listen and I appreciated that I drive all the way across town to visit that store and they are open on Sundays

  This pains me to write a bad review about UPS because frequently we have returns and shipping for business and personal , and the other locations are spot on and kind. Today was absolutely the last time I will ever use this location. The other ups locations had packages piled so high; it didn’t seem a good idea to leave my returns. I went to this location. Sure it’s the beginning of the month , it’s very busy it’s holiday season etc etc. but a little kindness can go a long way. I managed to scan some of my packages myself. The scanner was out of paper. While I was scanning another guest asked if it could be fixed so they could scan. A young man said he would get to it but continued on scanning packages off a shelf. Meanwhile the line grew and the employees were being horrific towards the customers. I overheard one woman basically yelling at a family about what they needed to ship their items “ we aren’t shipping it like that that’s not what you need you need to put it in a BOX. I was listening but having my own issues with the scanning which meant I had to stop with what I was doing then go stand in line since everyone was working off of one scanner to do self returns. When it was my turn I told the woman ( the second employee to hear it ) that the printer was out of paper and they were just creating more work for themselves by not refilling it ; and I would be happy to refill it for them to help the line move. I was met with an attitude and made me feel like crap for even saying anything when I was just trying to lessen the crowd by a simple fix ( which I shouldn’t have had it do when two people had already asked for help). I get met with “ we will get to it when we have time “. Basically treating me like a bad child. I even had stuff that I was going to have to pay to ship in my car , I took it elsewhere :-) I won’t return to this store. You will Not be receiving any of our shipping money when there are other stores that are A+ customer service. 5 employees around 2 at the registers one scanning packages at the shelves and just total chaos. A simple fix would have been to just replace the printer paper to alleviate some of the line piling up but furthermore , not giving me an absolute horrible attitude when I was just trying to help. The attitude the employees were giving the customers today was disappointing. I debated writing the review , but because it’s the holidays and it’s only going to get busier , maybe a little coaching on how to treat customers will go a long way.
