  The STAPLES I use is in Ocala,FL on Silver Springs Blvd Between Mike and Kevin and there growing tech department I would not use anyone else to trust with my computer Things are done in a timely manner and they explain everything to me. When I first brought it in they hooked it up to see what I was talking about. They really care about their customers. silver Spring BKLVD

  Horrible customer service. If you are handicapped and making a Happy Returns, expect to get completely ignored while watching the copy center customers get preferential treatment first. I have 2 herniated discs and was expecting to make a quick drop off. I had 2 employees tell me to hold on while I watched them help every customer in the copy area first. Even the guy that walked in 10 minutes after me was helped before I was. Helping me would have taken one minute max time, scan and hand me the receipt. But I guess you’re not considered a customer when you’re doing a HR. I ended up sitting on the floor because I couldn’t take standing in pain for 10 minutes any longer waiting while there were 3 employees just standing there near the registers not doing a single thing. When I got fed up and went to the Amazon drop off the employer said he couldn’t help me. I had to go to the Happy Return side where I already was waiting with no service??. When I got frustrated and told him I had to go outside to get my cane so I can have some support, he gas lit me and told me he was going to go over there and scan me. He never said that before I got upset. He just told me to go over there and keep waiting? For what until there was no more customers in the bldg except me to finally take one minute of their time to scan my package in? I spoke to the employee that saw me standing there, told me to hold on, but he left to go to the registers (guess I wasn’t worth 1 min of his time) and he told me the Happy Returns was a courtesy and not an obligation. Geez, thanks for just devaluing me as a customer. The worst was when the Indian girl employee started yelling at me that she told me she was going to come over there (after she helped the guy that came in 10 min behind me first?). Absolutely unprofessional to be yelling and arguing at a customer like that in front of other customers there. She should get fired for that. If you are going to make people doing Happy Returns go to the bottom of the list in getting service, please put CHAIRS out so we can wait. Some of us are handicapped and have mobility issues. Just cant stand there all day watching you help everyone come into the copy center including customers that came in behind me. Yeah…. They don’t view you as a customer at all when you’re doing a Happy Return. Leaves a poor taste in my mouth when I do walk in there as a paying customer. “Happy Returns” at this Staples is a complete joke.

  I made a $160.00 purchase but they wouldn’t accept a 5% coupon or suggest to make my purchase online so they could honor the coupon. After leaving, I was surfing Amazon and found the exact items with a $52.00 savings and free shipping. So, save time and money, okay! I definitely went back to Staples for a full refund. All this could have been avoided if they honored the 5% coupon.
