  I went through the onboarding process and uploaded copies of my license and SS card. For some reason it wasn’t good enough and they are requiring me to come in and bring the two forms of identification. I’m just wondering what was the point of uploading them then? Super frustrating process and wouldn’t recommend

  I signed up for a job on the app and contacted the office with a very simple question about doing a required background check and drug test before I could do the job. I spoke with a very nasty obnoxious rude woman early this morning that yelled at me was very condescending unnecessarily and then kept bringing up how the supervisor is not going to waste his time spending money on background checks and drug test if he doesn't have to that is completely ignorant and utterly unprofessional I don't know where they find these people off the streets that come in to do these jobs apparently they hire people with minimum education that's all I can conclude by the foolish behavior that I got over the phone it shouldn't take all of this just to explain to someone that they would need to call back on Friday and then see if extra workers are needed instead of being disrespectful to them over the phone when you post jobs and a person is selecting the job that's what they're signing up for no one needs a bunch of lip and bad attitudes from workers in the office totally ridiculous

  Worst place to get help. The don't help you whatsoever. I went to enroll in their program and they sent me a card and told me to go away. I got set up for orientation went to the orientation and the 2 lady's helped everyone except me. They would not give me my social security card and ID as I was leaving. After enrolled into the program I was told to look for jobs but no jobs popped up so I called the office. All they said was to wait and hung up the phone. Their apps to look for jobs don't work whatsoever. They don't care that you wat to work at all. They only can about favoritism. Worst place to think you're gonna be helped to get back on you're feet when you want to work.
