  Subject: Formal Complaint – Disrespectful Treatment at FedEx Ocala Station (60th Ave) To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding repeated disrespectful treatment I have received at the FedEx station located on 60th Avenue in Ocala, Florida. Today, when I arrived at the facility to request FedEx envelopes, I was once again treated in a dismissive and disrespectful manner by the attendants working at the counter. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. On multiple occasions, I have experienced unnecessary resistance and an unprofessional attitude from the staff whenever I request standard FedEx shipping envelopes. As a customer using FedEx services, requesting shipping supplies such as envelopes should be a routine and straightforward matter. Instead, the interaction consistently becomes unpleasant due to the staff’s attitude and unwillingness to assist. Customers should be treated with basic professionalism and respect, and the current behavior at this location falls far below what one would expect from a company with FedEx’s reputation. I respectfully request that: 1. This matter be reviewed by management. 2. The staff at this location receive appropriate guidance regarding customer service standards. 3. Steps be taken to ensure customers can request shipping materials without being treated disrespectfully. I hope FedEx will take this complaint seriously and address the issue so that future interactions at this location reflect the level of service your company is known for.   Shipping was super simple. There was only 2 people in line before us. We showed the QR code we had received and easy peasy we were done.

  Can't remember the lady who helped me. I was in a hurry and a little bit miscombobulated. She grab my package and the address I needed to send it to next day air. Boom... we were done. Just super kind and professional. Something that is lacking in our society. All I know she had blonde hair and was a beautiful mature woman.
