As soon as I opened the door, the lady working looked at me like what are you doing here and refused to ship my package. I asked if it was because the computer was turned off and she said no, but she couldn’t do it because she had to do her closing duties. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but the lady with the buzz cut was combative and unhelpful. I’m guessing this was Amy from the other reviews.
