I went to this USPS location today to make a return and had the worst experience I have ever had with the front desk employee. Her name was covered by a rag she had around her neck, so I could not see it. From the moment I walked in, she was rude to the customer in front of me and continued that same behavior with me.
I had three shirts I needed to return, all in separate zippered bags. She did not greet me and immediately asked if the bags were sealed. I demonstrated that they were by showing her the zippers. She then opened one of the bags and said, “Now they are not.” I replied, “Okay, how would you like me to seal them?” She told me I could use the tape they had. I then had to buy four strips of tape to seal the bags.
Before buying and opening the tape, I made sure to ask, “Is there anything else I need to buy to ship out the package?” She told me no. After I sealed the bags, I went back up to the front desk. She asked which one I would like to do first, and I explained that I only had one QR code and that they would be shipped together since it was the same product from the same company in the same exact packaging.
She then said, “Well, we can’t ship it like this. You need to buy a shipping package.” I had to go back and purchase a shipping package. I then asked her, “Why did I buy the tape if it’s all going to be going in one package? Is there anything else now that I need to buy?” since I had just spent money on tape I did not need. She replied, “Is there anything else I don’t know?” I simply smiled and said no.
The level of unprofessionalism from the second I walked in was unreal. She was rude to almost every customer that came in. The woman in front of me literally walked out rolling her eyes out of frustration. After reading other reviews, it seems many customers have had similar experiences.
The employee was a white female with a short black buzz cut and a heavy-set build. Her name was not listed on the receipt, but someone displaying this level of rudeness and lack of professionalism should not be working at the post office. I hope this review, along with the many others expressing similar concerns, is taken seriously.

I arrived prior to closing with a package that was already addressed and just needed a label. As soon as I opened the door, the lady working looked at me like what are you doing here and refused to ship my package. I asked if it was because the computer was turned off and she said no, but she couldn’t do it because she had to do her closing duties. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but the lady with the buzz cut was combative and unhelpful. I’m guessing this was Amy from the other reviews.
