So you’re telling me that after waiting in line for AN HOUR (because they only have one employee working at the main distribution center for the city) my very expensive wedding invitations, that I specifically asked to be hand cancelled (hence waiting in line) were just simply NOT hand cancelled and just run through the machine and practically destroyed? What a wonderful example of your customer service.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience really stood out—and not in a good way.
Sabrina’s approach to customer service was, at best, dismissive and, at worst, openly condescending. Asking for basic assistance felt like an inconvenience to her, and her tone made that very clear. Professionalism seems to have taken the day off, because courtesy and respect were noticeably absent.
If the goal was to make customers feel unwelcome or talked down to, then mission accomplished. Otherwise, there’s a serious gap between what customer service should be and what was delivered here.
Hopefully this is something management takes seriously, because interactions like this reflect poorly on the entire establishment.

WHEN IT COMES TO THIS PLACE THEY NEED TO BE RETRAINED ON "ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY IT".
NO ONE IS BEGGING YOU TO COME TO WORK ,ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE NO FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRY TO BULLY PEOPLE (WOMAN WITH SHORT BLONDE HAIR AND GLASSES).
IT SHOWS HOW MISERABLE YOU ARE IN LIFE WHEN YOU TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU DO .
AT THE END OF THE DAY WE ARE ALL TRYING TO GET THIS THING CALLED LIFE ROLLING , AND A STUMBLING BLOCK LIKE YOU NEEDS NOT TO BE IN PLACES WHERE WE NEED TO GET THINGS DONE

I experienced xenophobia at USPS from this employee. She is extremely rude and prejudiced. I felt deeply offended and very upset by her behavior—truly upset. Worst experience at USPS.
I arrived late because I have a two-month-old baby, and unexpected things happen. If she cries, I have to attend to her. If she soils her diaper, I have to change it. Instead of calling me privately to ask about my appointment, this woman yelled in front of everyone, “What time is your appointment?” And when I answered “12:30 pm,” she said, “And what time is it now?”—as if I were a child and she were my mother speaking to me like that.
Not to mention her authoritative tone—very arrogant. She shouted from across the room so everyone could hear and kept asking for my information (my name and my daughter’s name) from the other side of the room.
If you are not a patient person, you should not be working in customer service. Terrible service. Terrible job.
I’m sorry your life is so bad that you have to take it out on people you don’t even know. As soon as they hear our accent and realize we are Latino, this is what happens. It’s very sad. Do better!
