I went today, 1/2/25 after waiting in line at another post office and the lady who helped me was nasty and talking down to everyone. The office near Oakland Park Blvd and Dixie Highway is SO MUCH BETTER and the folks are always so polite. I'd rather stand in line there for an hour then having to return to this location for even 5 minutes.

If this location is the norm than the whole postal system needs to be dismantled. It is obsolete and the people who work there barely function because they feel they have a secure position. There are other options and they need to be utilized so the USPS either steps up or fades away.

On two separate occasions packages that were supposed to come to a residential address with an apartment number have gone to a business with the similar address with no apartment number. I lost my first package and the post office did nothing. The second time I had to go to the business to retrieve my package, I shouldn't have to go search for a package that should have been delivered to my residential address, and speaking to supervisors is completely useless.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Unacceptable Behavior I had an extremely negative experience at this USPS location. The customer service agents there behaved unprofessionally and verbally mistreated patrons. Today, a lady simply asked a question, and instead of helping her, two employees mocked her. She decided to leave, clearly upset, while these employees continued laughing and saying they deal with “foolish questions” all day. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a public service. Customers should be treated with respect, and people should be able to ask questions without fear of ridicule. USPS provides an essential service, and it is not free, so the staff should act accordingly and assist the community properly. Immediate action is needed to improve the conduct and training of the customer service team at this location.

⭐ 0 out of 5 — A Devastating, Unforgettable Nightmare of an Experience I never imagined a simple trip to the post office could turn into something so upsetting that my hands would still be trembling hours later. What happened today wasn’t just rude service—it felt like an emotional ambush. The employee assisting us, Edward, spoke to my husband with such hostility and aggression that the entire room seemed to freeze. And the worst part? He did this right in front of our daughter. The moment he started yelling, she clung to me, terrified, her eyes wide with confusion and fear. No parent should ever have to watch their child react like that in a place that’s supposed to serve the public with respect. I kept waiting—hoping—for someone in charge to step in. A manager, a supervisor, anyone. But no one came. No support. No control. No accountability. We were left standing there, exposed and shaken, while this employee continued with an attitude so disrespectful and unprofessional that I honestly couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. Walking out of that building, my daughter asked me, “Mommy, why was he so mean to Daddy?” And my heart just broke. How do you explain that to a child? How do you explain being disrespected and yelled at by someone who is supposed to help you? This experience was beyond unacceptable. It was emotionally disturbing, humiliating, and deeply disappointing. A post office is meant to be a safe, neutral place—not a setting for families to be intimidated or mistreated. Zero stars. Zero excuses. Zero tolerance for what we went through today. I desperately hope the leadership of this location faces this situation head-on and makes sure no other family has to experience something as distressing as this.
