I had a UPS Ground Saver package marked for delivery while I was home — no knock, no notice, no redelivery attempt. Days later I discovered it was being held at this location. I scheduled redelivery twice. Nothing happened.( UPS should never had partnered with them! ) When I went in person, the post office was open, but I was told the “pickup department” was closed until the next business day. They were accepting outgoing packages, but refusing to release held ones. When I asked about the two redelivery requests I had already submitted, the clerk said she “doesn’t know anything about it” and told me to come back Monday. To make matters worse, she pressed the “satisfied” button on the screen before I could respond. Completely unacceptable service and zero accountability.

I'm not sure if they are planning on shuttering this facility as many customers were complaining that this is a common theme now at this post office.
