I couldn’t even lift it out of my hire car but not a problem at all. The team had it packaged up, back in the trunk and ready to roll in under 15min. Very professional, very grateful and a big shout out to UPS for always coming through. (Chicken shop next door was a winner for diner too)

Then they wanted me to pay $28.00 for a cardboard box that’s costs $2.50 at anywhere else. I think the price gouging is unfair. I would not use UPS stores like this if you can avoid it. By the way, this store used to be great. I don’t know what happened!! It looks nicer, but it’s not the same.
