- RDRiley DrewFeb 17, 20261.0Will certainly misdeliver your packages and will hold them at the office randomly. And they do NOT let the carrier go. This has been a big issue for months now and its not just me either ill be dropping off packages and overhear others complaining about the packages not being delivered properly. Its truly a shame that one carrier can make a busniess look bad. Edit: darn held my package NOT due to my request, lying is kinda bad btw, and you guys close before i get off work so how am i supposed to go pick it up if you refuse to deliver a tiny package?
- VVVampyFeb 17, 20261.0Tell your carriers to STOP marking packages "held at post office due to customer request" i most certainly did not want my one item held at the post office after waiting all day for it to be delivered. On top of having my packages misdelivered incorrectly. If your carriers cannot do their job properly you need to let them go its becoming a MAJOR issue now. Just give me my package idk why you had to drive all the way back to the post office WHEN I DIDNT REQUEST THAT its a small package that maybe weighs 4oz. This is ridiculous

The big jawed/mouthed lady that is at the front desk will treat you like you’re an inconvenience by being there, as if your tax dollars pay her to be rude to you. Like obviously nobody would CHOOSE to use USPS but unfortunately we have to.
