Despite posted and confirmed!! holiday hours of 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, the door was slammed shut in front of me. To make it worse, I was arguing about 5 minutes with me! And then I was yelled by the employee at from a distance and told to go away. Then another woman who appeared to be the store manager (I guess) was shockingly rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Closing early is one thing. Treating customers with open disrespect and aggression is another. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and the worst customer service experience. All details regarding this location have been formally reported to UPS Customer Relations. This situation will not be ignored.
