I asked if NPB is permanently closed. The answer was, "no he has 3 breaks and he is the only person who works there." If you don't want to waste your time don't go th NPB post office. There are several others around to go to.

Even when she was helping two other people out me being the third she was extremely fast with helping me and was such a delight!
