They don't even have step-by-step instructions posted to help you walk through the ordering process! Such a struggle to simply place an order. I was greatly disappointed! Back to this UPS store... Hannah took care of me on 12/23/25. She was a great help... very pleasant and efficient! Thanks to UPS for always giving me the best care!
