What a horrible horrible terrible customer service from this young lady. I had to do everything myself even weight my packages. 2/25/26 @6:28pm

We live in a condominium and the couriers have lost the entrance key 3 times with the most recent case this week. No one has been notified that they aren't getting their mail, no one has bothered to purchase a new key or inquire about another key for the obvious reason. Before this 4 times they have left the master lock open where the entire panel can be opened for anyone to steal your mail and identity. Absolute disregard for the safety and security of our mail and no empathy knowing you failed the public. No accountability and horrible leadership. Imagine those waiting for their SSI or payroll checks!!!!

They haven’t been delivering mail or packages to my building. All other residents have been complaining about this too. I thought it was only me, but it’s everybody in the building. The mailman hasn’t been delivering or has been stealing our mail and packages. I got an email from Daily Digest showing my important mail coming that day. It’s been a week, and no mail has been in my mailbox. My package was supposedly left at my door. I was not at the door, so I checked my camera, and it did not catch anybody at my door at the time they supposedly dropped it off. And when I went to the post office to see where my package is, the mailman himself claims it was delivered as that’s what it says in their system and told me to make a claim. When I tried, I couldn’t because my package isn’t insured. Bath and Body Works doesn’t even have any option to put insurance on your package. I don’t know what you guys are doing, but we need our mail and packages ! Stop stealing or stop not delivering our stuff!

USPS is by far the worst customer service experience every single time. The workers act like they hate their jobs and like customers are a complete inconvenience. No greeting, no help, nothing — just attitude. If you ask a simple question, you’re met with irritation and eye-rolling, as if doing their job is optional. Long lines, zero urgency, and absolutely no accountability. If there were another option for mailing, I’d never step foot in here again.

Absolutely unacceptable condition for a federal facility.
The North Miami Post Office is hands down one of the most neglected and poorly maintained public buildings I’ve ever seen. The exterior is filthy—discarded mattresses, more than ten grocery carts scattered around the property, trash everywhere, and palm tree debris left to rot. Driving up, it honestly makes you question whether this is an operating post office or an abandoned building.
Unfortunately, the inside isn’t much better. The overall cleanliness and upkeep reflect complete disregard for both employees and customers. The entire building desperately needs a thorough power washing and basic maintenance.
This is a government facility that serves the public, and the current condition is embarrassing and unacceptable. The lack of care and accountability is glaring.
