- VPV P4 days ago1.0The employees at this location are usually nice and friendly. But there’s this one guy whose name I don’t know, he’s a black guy, he always seems to be in a bad mood, and always has something to say about my packages when he’s there. Today (Jan 08), he wouldn't take my package claiming it’s a product box. While I understand carriers may refuse packages if the box is too flimsy, but this wasn’t the case. The box was sturdy and well-taped, and the items inside of the main box are each already packed in their own box. I ship these types of boxes via USPS, UPS, and even FedEx at this very same location all the time without any problems. But of course the angry, moody guy was working today, he had me take my package back, so I had to redo the label with USPS. Seriously who hurt you, dude? You really need to fix your attitude.
