If it doesn’t fit in your mailbox, they automatically click any message “attempted delivery fail” or “attempted deliver no one answered” or the most infamous one, “attempted deliver, left notice” but in reality don’t leave any notices at all. Then having to go out of my way to pick up when I never stated I wanted to pick up! Reason why I pay for shipping! When I get to the location they are “closed” during open hours? Make it make sense horrible horrible horrible! This location needs better management
