I visit this post office often & unfortunately today was just another of many unpleasant experiences to say the least. I received notification that my package was marked as delivered earlier in the day & was told that they have not processed those packages yet (this employee did not even attempt to go look for this package & gave me an attitude looking at me as if I was some alien 👾 or weird looking for whatever reason). Many "Not All" have a major nasty attitude & mistreat customers. If they are so miserable then they should go find a job that makes them happier. Shouldn't post office workers be professional & treat customers with respect!? I drove an hour away for her not even to make the slightest attempt to look for my package. If this continues I will gladly take my business else where cause it's not for free that they are receiving my packages. Avoid this post office if you can & go elsewhere if you are able to. Update: Next Day I go in to pick up my package & someone tampered with it & broke the sealing tape on only one side. Keeping a diary of this & will post every time this happens to inform other customers.

This post office at 16400 E Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach, FL has terrible service and poor management. I went there on Nov 3, 2025, around 10:12 a.m. — only one register was open, and the line was very long (I waited about 40 minutes). When I asked the employee (who had no name badge) to open another register or speak to the manager, she started arguing, was very rude, and told me, “I won’t serve you, go to another location.” Then she walked around talking on her phone. When I asked again for the manager, she grabbed her phone and said she would call the police — just because I wanted to speak to the manager! Finally, Manager Collins Fields came out. This location often opens late and has a serious management problem. Very disappointing experience — USPS should look into this branch.

I was there today, I couldn't print my label, I paid for their service and had to go to FedEx to print it... I went back there and they told me I had to buy the adhesive tape because they didn't have any... meanwhile the employees had an argument amongst themselves!! Horrible service!

You pay for a PO Box and use the address they provided to order items. But when your packages arrive, they get returned to the sender. How does that make sense? Why pay for a box if your own packages can’t even be kept there. And they have the nerve to put a note on there saying address unknown! How is it unknown when the address was given to me by usps???
