There was no dolly available for customers, so I had to carry all six boxes one by one from my car into the store. After finishing the drop-off, I was then told I had to stand in a long line just to get a receipt. That alone was annoying enough. What really gets me is that there always seems to be some random issue at this location. On a previous visit, I was dropping off prepaid returns (which UPS Stores are paid to accept), and I was told they won’t accept returns in transparent bags next time, despite those being commonly used by other UPS locations. Another time, I needed 8 UPS Express envelopes, which are free. The staff initially told me they could only give me 2. After pushing back, they eventually gave me all 8, and I dropped them off with letters at this same location two hours later, so clearly it wasn’t an issue after all. It feels like every visit comes with unnecessary friction, inconsistent rules, and attitude. Other UPS Store locations don’t operate like this. I’ll be taking my business to a different UPS Store going forward.

I also appreciated her knowledge about all of the services offered by UPS. I called this store later in the day, and Joshua answered the phone. He was patient and kind, and provided me with a high level of service. He answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. Both Andreka and Joshua show commitment to their jobs, and are true assets to UPS. Dro is another amazing team member. He also greets you with a smile, and promptly and successfully accepts your packages, prepares the labels, and informs you of the delivery dates. You will leave this store feeling confident that these knowledgeable team members have accurately prepared your packages for shipment. Thank you, Andreka, Joshua, and Dro!
