  I went today to return an Amazon package and to retrieve a package that UPS accidentally delivered to the store. I was met by the Arab guy who says he is the owner but does a horrible job representing the UPS brand. Before I could even explain to him what occurred began yelling out $15 dollars for him to give me my package. So I inquired as to who signed for the package and he stated it was him. The package clearly stated my address and he should’ve refused the package when delivered as it’s not the store address. He stated that he will hold my package and return it back to sender in 4 days instead of handling it over to me. It is never a pleasant experience coming into this store when this guy is working. He is very rude and lacks patience and customer service skills. I visited the store the day before and was met with a respectful young man who obviously was still in training but running the store by his self.

  Sal provided me with excellent professional service. He was knowledgeable and fast. He helped me shipped what I needed for less than I expected.

  BEWARE OF THEFT!! I shipped a brand new iPhone ($1200) sealed in a box and the employee 283524 printed me a label charge me the $3 for the print, taped up my item, took it and gave me the receipt. I did not realize until it was too late that the receipt he gave me was for the label and NOT THE TRACKING!! I confronted the employee but he denies accepting the package and without a tracking receipt I couldn’t prove much. I filed a police report but again couldn’t do much without the tracking. There are no cameras in the store and the reviews are all terrible. I recommend AVOIDING THIS STORE and if you have a similar experience pls share to help others!

  Awful Awful Service. Just paid $250 to ship a package and was treated like absolute trash by an employee 28524. The employee had no name tag, Wrong uniform and refused to give me his name. I see why the ratings for this store are so low. The owner should be ashamed.

  Today was my first time at this store. As I approached found people waiting outside and a sign saying “using restroom”. We waited about 10 minutes outside. Another customer decided to knock on the glass door. Finally the guy comes out and unlocks the door. He held the door open for everyone. As I went in the store it smelled like Marijuana in the air. The lady behind mentioned the bad ordor. That really turned me off. The lack of employees/authority didn’t sit well with me. This will be the first and last visit there. We had no choice then to drop off items and not bother to complain for the wait or bad ordor due to repercussions with my Amazon returns. This is store# 7573. The owner needs to look in to issues stated above.
