A staff member delivered my highly sensitive, time-critical international documents to the wrong address, wrong building, AND wrong unit number. As a result, my documents are now lost—and the occupant at that incorrect unit confirmed the package was left at their door and has since gone missing. These documents were for my children and contain personal information that could now be compromised, stolen, or misused for identification theft. The severity of this mistake cannot be overstated. What is even worse is the complete lack of accountability from this company. All the representatives just kept pushing me to contact the "shipper" for a refund and do a claim with them. The shipper was not the one that failed to deliver the package. I spent over four hours of my own time tracking down the incorrect address where they delivered my package, only to be transferred repeatedly between staff claiming to be managers—who clearly were not. I am now out hundreds of dollars, months of processing time, and left to deal with the irreparable damage caused by this company’s carelessness. The negligence, dishonesty, and refusal to take responsibility are absolutely unacceptable. If you value your documents, your time, or your peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.

Normally it costs $16-$17 and the woman at the register attempted to charge me over $36 for something that I mailed many times in the past and I told her that was impossible, but she wouldn’t recheck or do anything to rectify the problem. So I went to USPS for what normally costs more than FedEx for the same item and I was able to pay $19. This woman whoever she is - is not qualified to do the work that I’m used to from The great gentleman I normally see. That great employee I usually go to would’ve charged me again no more than $17. I am very angry about this.
