FedEx has become completely unreliable, and at this point it feels like they simply do not care about theft happening inside their own system. My package — an $800 pair of shoes being returned to Saks — was stolen at a FedEx warehouse of that office, and FedEx has done nothing to resolve it. No investigation, no responsibility, no refund. Their customer service is useless — scripted answers, zero accountability, and absolutely no effort to help. They keep redirecting, delaying, and pretending they can’t verify anything, even when all tracking information shows the package was in their possession when it disappeared. There are so many reports of theft and missing packages with FedEx, and now I see why. They clearly have internal issues and refuse to address them. I strongly advise everyone: do NOT ship with FedEx. They are careless, unprofessional, and will leave you without your package and without your money.

The manager himself is a tall gentleman very rude and very crude and he’s not there to help. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this particular FedEx location as the manager is quite terrible.
