  I recently visited the The UPS Store to return packages for both Amazon and USPS, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The associate assisting me, Kelly Fitzgerald, immediately began explaining that her system “wasn’t working properly” and that she couldn’t process the returns. Rather than attempting to find a solution or offering an alternative, the situation escalated quickly. Her demeanor became increasingly frustrated and ultimately unprofessional, to the point where she appeared visibly enraged during what should have been a routine transaction. Thankfully, the manager stepped in to take over. In stark contrast, the manager handled the return efficiently, apologized for the situation, and even provided a discount for the inconvenience. While that effort was appreciated, it does not excuse the initial interaction. Returning packages—especially for major services like Amazon and USPS—should be a simple, routine process at a UPS location. Customers should not have to deal with hostility or a lack of problem-solving when something doesn’t go as planned. This experience fell well below expectations, and I would strongly encourage better training and customer service standards moving forward. A company with the reputation of UPS should hold its staff to a much higher standard than what was displayed here.

  although Melinda was extremely busy, she went above and beyond to assist me in returning a phone because we could not open the email from Tracfone for the prepaid label.

  I've always given 5☆ reviews to this particular UPS STORE #7185. THIS is another one 2/27/26. Please give employee MELINDA a COMMENDATION from me, a regular here... *2 weeks ago I came in to make copies of several IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. (I keep the originals safe in a safe dep box, but, 1 doc ...the most important one was missing. ) I searched home, duffel, home office, etc. Nowhere to be found. 🙏 *Today, I came in for something else and Melinda ran over and said my Document fell behind their copy machine + she knew it was Very Important Govt doc. She SAVED IT 4ME...WAITING 4ME TO COME BACK! She was like an angel 😇 to do this. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars and kudos. +++Annie-G, Congressional Advocate for Lyme-Literacy/Florida.Blessings&Thanks
