She may not be out on the road with the postal workers delivering mail… however I now know (which I did not before )they are able to Geo locate exactly where a package was delivered, which helps immensely when the person who delivered it checked off that it was delivered to my house however, once the geo-location was reviewed, the package had not been delivered to my home and she’s doing everything to get it back to me. I’m very appreciative of Katie as a manager to our local post office. Thank you, Katie!
