I should have had two packages delivered this week they even have a time that they were delivered. My camera show nobody ever being here that day at all I checked with my neighbors and nobody has the package I can't get any answers the call center can't tell me anything that you call when trying to call them!!! I've done an online claim left my phone number email they were supposed to contact me within 48 hours I haven't heard anything back from anybody I'm missing almost $50 in items and nobody will even get back to me I have zero problems with that with Amazon!!! I even left very specific instructions that it's the third house in the back yet I still have neither of my packages and they really need to start making them take a picture like Amazon does cuz there's so much theft in this world and it's clearly a driver problem since it SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED;!!!!!!!

I have to go I'm person like more than 5 times to find out about a package that was sent to another state more than a month ago and the receiver still hasn't gotten it. Overall customer service from the staff is not good.
