I asked for a small piece of tape to close my small box and he told me I needed to buy an entire roll. I didn’t want to buy it because I have a lot at home, but he forced me to. He was caring more about the 3 dollar sale than to help a customer that uses UPS everyday. He made a 3 dollar sale and lost a client. Great move! I own a business and I’m all about customer service. I ship and receive many boxes everyday using UPS and I know UPS cares about their clients. That gentleman is not a good fit for the UPS store.
