For the last two years, I’ve been traveling but always came home every 2–3 weeks. I recently returned from a trip and found that ALL of my mail is missing — every single piece. Not one envelope, not one notice, not even a card in my box.
When I called the post office, I was told there’s a law requiring the mail carrier to return mail to the sender after 5 days and leave a card in the mailbox. Well, that never happened. If that’s really the law, how is it possible that for two years no one followed it? Not once. No card, no returned mail, nothing but excuses.
When I tried to complain, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and actually hung up on me, saying she “has daily meetings with her carrier.” That’s not an answer — that’s an excuse. I wasn’t rude; I just wanted to know where all my mail went. The supervisor refuses to call me back, and no one seems to care that my important personal and financial mail has completely vanished.
This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is how they handle mail and treat customers, it’s no wonder people have lost faith in USPS.

I can see why there are so many negative reviews regarding the poor management and postmaster. The worst customer service experience from the postmaster that I have ever had. This needs to be looked into by the higher ups.

This is my first ever review. By far the worst costumer service experience I have ever had. My package said it was delivered, I search EVERYWHERE for it and it is not there. I filed a claim through USPS and received a call from this office. She was rude right off the bat. Telling me it is somehow my fault? SO RUDE and unprofessional. Someone needs to teach her how to do her job….
