He kept insisting she was wrong and blamed her “address,” even though she said every other carrier delivers there with no problem. To top it off, he still made her pay to pick up the package — which should’ve been free if they had just delivered it to her house like they were supposed to. It honestly felt like he was more interested in arguing than helping, and it was really uncomfortable to watch. No customer should be treated that way. Rude, dismissive, and charging someone for UPS’s mistake is just unacceptable.
