- LHLisa HunterFeb 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the The UPS Store - Nokomis. Since the store changed ownership, the level of customer service has gone downhill significantly. One employee in particular was extremely rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting when I walked in — just a cold stare and an impatient rush to scan my items. When I calmly shared feedback that a simple hello goes a long way, he became defensive and told me he didn’t want feedback about how he made me feel. He never apologized. I always come prepared with my returns, but today I realized I hadn’t completed one return request from Amazon. Instead of helping, he raised his voice and said, “You know we like our customers to be prepared.” I was appalled by how I was spoken to and by several other inappropriate comments he made. Kindness and basic customer service cost nothing. Unfortunately, neither was shown today. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — somewhere customers are actually welcomed and appreciated

They kindly put it in the little bag and pleasantly charged me $5.34 for it, having neglected to mention that until it was too late to find another less-overpriced return option.
