- NLNicholas LandryJul 24, 20255.0Most of these reviews are irrelevant complaints outside of the locations control and I would not consider this USPS to hold an abysmal rating because it’s one of the best locations I have been to and I ship between 1000-2500 packages a month so I know a good USPS that is employed by dedicated members that exemplify the USPS Mission and values . I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Dana after I dropped 11 packages at a convenient dropoff that missed their acceptance scan and pickup scans despite receiving a receipt from the dropoff Pak Mail. Little information was provided why it could’nt be tracked and I had a certified scan sheet for the 11 packages. I dropped them off Saturday the 19th, and finally they updated today, July 24th. I opened a case for assistance around 3am on the 24th and received a call back the same day. Fortunately the packages started tracking around 3pm but moved through multiple distro centers before finally reflecting updates in the system. Chris still received my request opening a case for help and called me the very same day after checking the individual tracking numbers himself. I lived in Atlanta for over 20 years and never received a call the day after filing a case for inquiry and assistance. It was rarely within 24 hours. He didn’t even truly have to call but it’s a testament to his dedication to customer satisfaction and presenting outstanding solutions making sure that customers and small business owners are able to consistently track customers orders. This was a rare instance and I am confident in leaving my personal recommendation that this is one of the best locations I have been to. Its also clean and has AC. I have been to many USPS locations worthy of a 2.6 in Georgia but never in Florida. They hold I higher standard and again most of the reviews on here that are negative are irrelevant customer rants and complaints out of ignorance or not understanding what a review is meant to be for and the parameters that qualify it for rating. This is a 5 star jam. Go ship with confidence and deal with employees that are awesome and exude 5 star performance and customer dedication. Dana and Chris, thank you for handling my case with upmost urgency and following up to make sure my business is operating on all cylinders. I appreciate y’all. Take care.
