  Leaving reviews because the post office does not make it easy to talk to a human without driving to the facility and waiting forever in line to find someone who cannot help you. Having a horrible time receiving a package from this post office. The driver refuses to deliver to my apartment door and keeps saying the access is blocked when it is not. There are two access points to my apartment and both always have at least ten available parking spaces. It takes longer for the driver to walk to the mailroom and or some reason they keep walking the far distance around the pool to the mailroom. Also they won't have access to the mailroom because they are not from the 32608 post office so they also stated it cannot be left in a secure location. If I could talk with them I would say my front door is plenty of a secure location. Furthermore they are asking me to come to their post office which is 35 minutes away from where I live to pick it up. To make things worse I have spent three hours trying to get through to the 1800 number to speak with a human. It has been a horribly stressful experience. I am about to cancel the order and file a complaint. I cannot even meet the postmaster without driving there which is difficult to do in the middle of the day for me. The amount of time they have wasted trying to redeliver it to the wrong location at my complex is insane - it could have been dropped off easily on day one if they would just use logic.

  If I could give this post office zero Stars I would Todd is extremely rude and scary he talked down to me I'm a woman I don't deserve that he talked to me like if I was stupid he said obviously you can't understand the words that are coming out of my mouth I demand someone to answer this back

  Mail was being held at this location. Was told by the guy at the desk that it wasn't there even though he never looked. He said for all he knew it could be in Alaska. I even showed him the tracking number that stated items were available to pick up at this location. This post office has also been notorious for putting mail at wrong addresses. Wish they would do an investigation into this office absolutely horrible.

  The phone is always busy. My held mail never gets delivered unless Margaret delivers. The subs put mail in the wrong boxes. They should bring mail in a tub after being held for 30 days. Someone should answer the phone not leave it off the receiver so they aren't bothered. Bad service. What is their email address if they WON'T answer the PHONE ..?
