They accept money to deliver Amazon packages and then refuse to deliver it and make you pick it up yourself, defeating the whole point of delivery. They also kept giving me other people’s mail for weeks after several complaints. STOP ACCEPTING LARGE ITEMS KNOWING YOU WONT DELIVER IT!! There’s so many reviews of this usps location mishandling packages and being downright shady. Why is this not being addressed?

I am greeted and helped with any issues every time and I would say maybe only 1-2% of my packages have been lost or delayed. But I do wish they had the automated services in the lobby for after hours visits. Those can be so helpful!
