This is my go to shipping store and whenever I’m here, I’m greeted with a smile and helpful service. Opening a POBox was quick and easy.

Every time I go in here everyone is so busy but so helpful and happy. I had a large item and the offered to help me bring it in. If you don’t know how to use the Amazon return machine they are happy to teach you.

was told to go here my family and friends saying it’s the best way to mail things out. i’ve just started selling in depop and needed to send out my first package and i went here looking for help and what steps so take. they didn’t help me at all, no matter what questions i asked or explained what i am there for, i left there with my item not being boxed or taken to be shipped. i am very dissapointed and upset.

This is a busy place but the employees are knowledgeable and very efficient so you don't end up waiting too long if the line is long. Really appreciate having this place so close to me. They take Amazon returns. They fax. They make copies and they ship items.

I had an Amazon return, 3 items with 3 different return codes. I gave the associate each item separately with the each return code. She said I only need one code. I responded no I have a separate code for each item. The associate got Aggravated with me and said, NO they’re all the same. I was hesitant to follow through knowing she was wrong. Called Amazon after I got home to verify, they said I was right they were all different. Amazon also stated that they have problems with this location. Now I’m trying to get my return credit for all two of the three items because of the Incompetency of the rude associate at this UPS location.
