- MMMAC4 days ago1.0I had an Amazon return, 3 items with 3 different return codes. I gave the associate each item separately with the each return code. She said I only need one code. I responded no I have a separate code for each item. The associate got Aggravated with me and said, NO they’re all the same. I was hesitant to follow through knowing she was wrong. Called Amazon after I got home to verify, they said I was right they were all different. Amazon also stated that they have problems with this location. Now I’m trying to get my return credit for all two of the three items because of the Incompetency of the rude associate at this UPS location.

The staff is ancient and does not move fast or make people go to the back of the line that are not organized and prepared. Sick of this place they are the worst to deal with

I look forward to seeing them each day and they are always so helpful even when they are extremely busy (which is daily). They keep a good amount of staff on to help with the business. Also, they love dogs so bring your furry pet in to say hi 🐶.

- DDDesconocido DesconocidoOct 28, 20251.0I just walked into this store and was waiting for my wife to finish returning some items so I grabbed a little plastic bag that was on a shelf for anyone to grab to show my son of 2 years old the bag just to show it and distract him while we wait and I immediately put it back and a employee a black older Brady which I did not get her name but she was working on 10/28/25 around 5:10 pm going to say “SIR” and look at me moving her head up and down like I’ve done something wrong and continued to look straight at me like attempting to intimidate me while I’m carrying my son. Just a poor Person what a shame for UPS to hire people Like her who make customers feel targeted or discriminated. Shame on her and I hope her concern of me showing a bag to my kid was worth this poor review for such a poor person.
