This store tried to tell me that I would have to pay to have my amazon return postage printed. I have been to other locations they scan the barcode from the amazon app or email and print the return slip that is already paid for. I definitely will not be giving my business to this location period. Even the other customer told me that they are not supposed to do that, which I already knew. The employee tried to give me some lame excuse that anyone could come up with a fake slip... i had the actual app open for him. I might be a woman but I am not a lowlife and I am not stupid.

I was the first customer this morning and, as I was walking towards the man behind the counter, the other man, (who unlocked the door), said no, and he made me use the kiosk. He rushed me through it, which was very rude. It's not like there was a line of customers. I was the only one in the store at the time, yet he was still rushing to get me out of the door. So rude!

I went into the ups store in nsb to return some items purchased from Amazon as I frequently do. I am very familiar with how the self service kiosk works and prefer to use it. Upon entering the store, it is busy as it often is- I proceed to find my place in line. Mind you, as always there are two lines - one for the self serve kiosk and one for the main register. It was odd to me to see an employee running the self serve kiosk for one patron after another. As it became my turn - I checked with the people who had been in front of me to see if they were waiting for the kiosk as they were now facing the line and they weren’t returning anything that required use of the kiosk so I then stepped up to the plate. The ups store employee (female) said to me there’s a line for returns - I assured her that I had been waiting in the line and that the other people who were there before me did not have QR code returns - she then snapped at me in a harsh tone accusing me of jumping line and I asked if the line was for QR code returns she said yes but I’m also assisting people with other items - and kept accusing of of just walking in and jumping line. She was not friendly at all. If anything she was hindering the option of self service.

was told to go here my family and friends saying it’s the best way to mail things out. i’ve just started selling in depop and needed to send out my first package and i went here looking for help and what steps so take. they didn’t help me at all, no matter what questions i asked or explained what i am there for, i left there with my item not being boxed or taken to be shipped. i am very dissapointed and upset.
