- TTThatRogue12Feb 19, 20261.0Trying to ship a very large but lightweight box, Employees seemed very rude Susan I believe her name tag was had a face of disgust the whole time and a harsh tone in her voice for absolutely no reason at all. I tried going to ups store and they told me to try here for cheaper, and I told her that and she looked very confused and agitated, I don’t know why, she just seemed she didn’t want to do it. And ofc she gave me a higher price lol don’t recommend, ups store down the road gave me a discount on top of it being cheaper to ship an oversized box

She was very cold, unhelpful, and considering she’s been working for the company since 1993. It was strange that she was so uneducated concerning an International return. I will never go back to that location. People who work in Customer Service should be good at Customer Service especially if they have been working at Customer Service since 1993. Very disappointed.
